Sales Graduate Associate - Trade Marketer

Launch your career in Sales and Trade Marketing through a structured development program designed for recent graduates and early-career professionals. Gain hands-on experience in retail sales, customer engagement, merchandising, and territory management while learning from experienced Sales leaders.

Throughout the program, you will support retail execution activities, develop customer relationships, and build the commercial skills needed for a successful career in Sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training and field development activities.
• Support retail execution, merchandising, and sales initiatives.
• Build relationships with retail partners and customers.
• Learn and apply consultative selling techniques.
• Analyze sales data and identify opportunities to improve business performance.
• Assist with territory coverage and special projects as needed.
• Collaborate with Trade Marketers and Sales teams to develop your commercial expertise.

Qualifications

• Recent university or technical college graduate preferred; high school diploma required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel and relocate based on business needs.
• Interest in Sales, Trade Marketing, and customer-facing roles.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
