- Job Type: Full-time, Rotating Shifts.

 *Responsibilities:

* Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
* Help customers choose suitable cosmetic products based on their needs
* Explain product usage and benefits clearly
* Have basic knowledge of product ingredients and ability to pronounce product and ingredient names in English correctly
* Achieve assigned sales targets
* Arrange and organize shelves and maintain cleanliness of the department
* Monitor product availability and report shortages to management
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
* Follow store policies and procedures

 *Requirements:


* Previous experience in sales (cosmetics experience is a plus)
* Basic to acceptable level of English (communication and pronunciation of product names)
* Excellent communication skills
* Presentable appearance
* Ability to work in a team
* Flexible working hours
* Passion for cosmetics and skincare

*Required Skills:

* Sales and persuasion skills
* Quick learner
* Ability to deal with different customer personalities
* Time management and ability to work under pressure

المسؤوليات:

* استقبال الزبائن والترحيب بهم بأسلوب لبق واحترافي
* مساعدة الزبائن في اختيار منتجات الكوزماتيك المناسبة لاحتياجاتهم
* شرح استخدام وفوائد المنتجات بشكل واضح
* معرفة أساسيات مكونات المنتجات والقدرة على لفظ أسماء المواد والبراندات بشكل صحيح باللغة الإنجليزية
* تحقيق أهداف المبيعات المحددة
* ترتيب وتنظيم الرفوف والمحافظة على نظافة القسم
* متابعة توفر المنتجات وإبلاغ الإدارة في حال النقص
* التعامل مع شكاوى واستفسارات الزبائن بأسلوب مهني
* الالتزام بسياسات وإجراءات المتجر

المتطلبات:

* خبرة سابقة في مجال المبيعات (ويفضل في الكوزماتيك)
* إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بالحد الأدنى المقبول (تواصل + لفظ أسماء المنتجات والمكونات)
* مهارات تواصل ممتازة
* مظهر لائق ولباقة في التعامل
* القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق
* المرونة في ساعات العمل
* شغف بعالم التجميل والعناية بالبشرة
