Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Gallery Manager to welcome clients at our showroom in Tashkent. You will be the first person visitors meet, so you will play a key role in their first impression of our projects and in passing them on to the sales team.

Key responsibilities:

• Welcome visitors to the sales gallery and look after their comfort
• Give clients a first introduction to our real estate projects
• Book property viewings and meetings with sales managers
• Enter client contacts and enquiry details into the CRM
• Answer incoming calls and messages
• Keep the showroom organised, presentation materials up to date and the space ready for clients
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks and client events

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a premium showroom, luxury retail, hotel reception or a similar client-facing role
• A professional manner in line with a premium environment
• Excellent attention to detail
• Basic experience with a CRM or other client databases
• Friendly and confident communication skills
• Fluent Russian and fluent Uzbek
• Working English
