Job Description

Typical Accountabilities

1. Performance & Analytics

  • Develop and maintain SFE dashboards (e.g., sales performance, call activity, A/B coverage)
  • Analyze field force effectiveness, productivity, and execution quality
  • Provide regular and ad-hoc insights to support business decision-making

2. Target Setting & Territory Management

  • Support target setting, segmentation, and territory alignment
  • Ensure data accuracy and alignment with BU strategies and business objectives

3. Incentive & Performance Tracking

  • Support incentive scheme calculation, simulation, and validation
  • Monitor performance metrics to ensure fairness and alignment with incentive design

4. CRM & Data Operations

  • Support Veeva CRM and Open Data operations, data quality control, and process optimization
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve data governance and reporting efficiency

5. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with BU teams, Finance, and IT to align on data requirements and business priorities
  • Provide analytical support for commercial initiatives and projects

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field
  • Up to 3 years of experience in Sales Force Effectiveness, commercial analytics, or related fields (pharma preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel; experience with Power BI or similar tools is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Veeva) and sales operations is preferred
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
