Here’s WhatYou’llbe Doing:
Build and coachthe Sales Team towards achievement of expectations,objectivesand goals.
Coach,mentorand train Brand Ambassadors toassistcustomers, answer questions, structuredealsand/or payments.
Oversees the Compliance Administrators to ensure paperwork is completed accurately, funding processedpost-deliveryand follow up of factory incentives/receivables.
Follows the sales model andassistsin the execution of this process for all Brand Ambassadors.

Skills and Qualifications
Progressive experience in vehicle retail sales.
Experience in a supervisory role is an asset.
Valid OntarioDriversLicense and a Clean Drivers Abstract.
OMVIC Certification.
Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal & written English) and customer service skills.
