Here’s WhatYou’llbe Doing:

  • Build and coachthe Sales Team towards achievement of expectations,objectivesand goals.

  • Coach,mentorand train Brand Ambassadors toassistcustomers, answer questions, structure deals and/or payments.

  • Oversees the Compliance Administrators to ensure paperwork is completed accurately, funding processedpost deliveryand follow up of factory incentives/receivables.

  • Follows the Pfaff sales model training of “One Price” and/or “One Touch” sales process andassistsin the execution of this process for all Brand Ambassadors including performing “flybys” with customers to build rapport.

  • Other duties asrequired

Skills and Qualifications

  • Progressive experience in vehicle retail sales.

  • Experience in a supervisory role is an asset.

  • Valid OntarioDriversLicense and a Clean Drivers Abstract.

  • OMVIC Certification required.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal & written English) and customer service skills.

Earnings Potential: From $120,000-$170,000. Earnings potential is based on meeting individual performance/store objectives.
