Job Description

KHC offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager to act as CFO for our Strategic accounts with the Benelux business. As Sales Finance Manager, you will be responsible for leading financial planning, analysis, deal-making and decision support for key Strategic Accounts Teams.

You will work closely with our Customer Group Directors and other cross-functional teams, including brand category and operations, to drive business growth, improve profitability, and optimize sales performance.

In brief, you will be responsible for;

  • Financial Controls: Lead weekly & monthly rituals & routines on trade performance and budget management with our Sales teams and senior leadership. Coordinate day-to-day financial analyses and business cases among the Customer Group Leads, Brand Category Leads and Finance to ensure effective prioritization, execution and communication
  • Sales Performance and Forecast Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models to forecast sales, revenue, and profitability. Analyze sales trends, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to senior leadership to optimize sales performance and profitability.
  • Annual and Joint Business Planning: Collaborate with sales and finance teams to develop and execute joint business plans, including sales forecasts, revenue growth targets, and profitability goals
  • Promotion and Pricing Analysis: Analyze the effectiveness of promotions, pricing strategies, digital shelf, assortment - provide insights to inform future business decisions; develop customer specific go to market strategies based on national brand guidance
  • Year-deal execution: act as the right-hand of customer account lead during the deal-making process, partnering with Legal, Finance, Procurement, and leadership. Own negotiation strategy and deal structure, including pricing, terms, SLAs, incentives, and risk mitigation to maximize margin and long-term customer value.

Job requirements

  • BS/MA degree (preferably in Finance, Accounting or Economics, awarded by a recognized university).
  • Must have at least 5-8 years of relevant working experience. Experience as a consultant or as financial analyst with a proven track record helps.
  • Revenue management / Commercial finance experience preferred
  • Advanced knowledge and application of Microsoft Office and MS Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. Able to communicate well (spoken and written) across all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to digest complex information at a high pace and simplifying the complex.
  • Able to build reliable and solid long-term relationships, while displaying challenging and constructive behavior to strengthen the business.
  • Proven track record of problem solving as an owner, taking on entrepreneurial challenges
  • Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used.
