CarShop is hiring a Sales & Finance Assistant--an entry-level role designed to give you hands-on experience across all aspects of the dealership. This is a great opportunity to build a strong foundation and grow your career, with clear paths into Sales or Finance

• Saturdays are required
• Perfect stepping stone role to advance within the dealership

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate with the Sales team to prioritize and manage daily vehicle deliveries
• Learn and support all steps of the vehicle sales process, including paperwork and documentation
• Walk customers through delivery paperwork and answer questions
• Explain available aftermarket products, including benefits and pricing
• Introduce customers to the Service Department
• Demonstrate vehicle features and ensure a smooth delivery experience

Qualifications Competencies

• Able to establish personal sales and income goals and implement a plan of action to achieve goals
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to effectively communicate via face-to-face, phone, or by other means of communication.

Required Education and Experience
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent; and one to two year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred Education and Experience
