Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Support Sales Team in the evaluation of promotions, including the development of an annual promotional calendar that drives sales growth as well as the review of the sales forecast driven by those events, and trade management of promotional events to ensure proper trade accrual.

Your Impact


As Sales Fin Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:

Functional Responsibilities

  • Leverage P&L knowledge to drive decisions
  • Providing insightful analysis of business results to senior management and perform ad-hoc analyses that lead to problem solving and business improving recommendations
  • Manage reporting and analysis process including periodic reporting, periodic forecast analysis and review deck preparation
  • Lead strategic plan and AOP development, including deck analysis and deck preparation
  • Provide counsel to a broad range of senior leaders in forecasting and analysis
  • Period close activities to include working closely with the Controller’s group to ensure accuracy and completeness of entries
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to manage P&L expectations (especially zone teams)
  • Develop and retain top-tier finance professionals through appropriate training, thought leadership, timely feedback and mentoring
  • Work on key region/customer initiatives to drive business and region performance
  • Develop PowerPoint presentation to communicate business results and insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ad-hoc projects as requested
  • Create an inclusive and collaborative environment


Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Experience

  • Experience managing a P&L
  • 2+ years of experience in finance and planning
  • Experience in financial analysis, data integrity maintenance and systems such as SAP, Business Objects
  • Strong excel skills
  • Able to work independently and takes initiative
  • Capable of managing multiple time sensititive priorities simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented; organized in approach and in document maintenance
  • Ability to function well in a team environment
  • Consistently shows urgency, courtesy and patience
  • Exceptional communication skills. Proficiency in English language
