Job Description – Sales Executive (Western Region)

Job Location: Saki Naka, Andheri East, Mumbai

Department: Sales & Marketing

Experience: 4+ Years

Qualification: Any Bachelor's Degree

Reporting To: Sales Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Executive to handle the Western Region and drive business growth by developing new customers and strengthening existing client relationships. The candidate should have experience in selling elevator, car lift, or car parking systems and be comfortable presenting products to builders, developers, architects, consultants, and project management consultants (PMCs).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the complete assigned territory and develop new business opportunities.
• Manage customer enquiries, negotiate commercial terms, and finalize deals.
• Visit customers at different locations within the assigned territory.
• Understand customer requirements and explain the company's technology, products, and features.
• Appoint new dealers and distributors in the region to support project-based business.
• Visit architects, consultants, builders, developers, and PMCs to promote the company's products and establish market presence.
• Coordinate with customers and internal departments from enquiry generation through project execution.
• Follow up on payments and ensure timely collection within approved credit limits.
• Prepare quotations and offers, negotiate with customers, and finalize orders.
• Communicate effectively with the head office, senior management, and customers.
• Train and support new recruits in the Sales & Marketing Department.

Required Skills

• Experience in sales, preferably in elevators, car lifts, or car parking systems.
• Good English communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation, customer relationship management, and business development skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and focused on delivering results.
• Ability to learn quickly, think proactively, and adapt to a competitive sales environment.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of sales experience.
• Relevant experience in elevator, car lift, or car parking system sales is preferred.
