Location: Bristol (Office-Based)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30am – 5:30pm
Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 basic, plus uncapped commission
Realistic OTE Year 1: £55,000 – £65,000, Top Performers £100k +
Progression: Fast-track to Director level

The Role
We’re hiring a Sales Executive to focus on the UK market, selling exhibition space and sponsorship packages across our portfolio of major business events.
This is a full-cycle, high-performance sales role with structured training and clear targets. It is designed for ambitious individuals who want rapid progression into senior commercial roles and ultimately Director-level positions.
What You’ll Be Doing
Researching and identifying UK-based exhibitors and sponsors
Speaking with business owners and senior decision-makers daily
Pitching tailored exhibition and sponsorship solutions
Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
Hitting and exceeding revenue targets
Working closely with senior sales leaders for development
Earnings & Progression
£26,000 – £30,000 basic salary
Uncapped commission
Realistic Year 1 OTE: £55,000 – £65,000
Clear fast-track progression to Senior Sales → Event Director
Performance-based promotions (not time-based)
