Job Description

The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling our tractor and crop finance products to farmers and agricultural businesses. This role is an integral part of our Tractors and Farm Equipments (TFE) division, specifically within the Marketing Branches Operations department. The successful candidate will play a key role in achieving sales targets and enhancing our market presence.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to target potential customers in the agricultural sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, agricultural businesses, and industry stakeholders.
  • Identify and engage with key decision-makers to promote our tractor and crop finance offerings.
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to effectively position our products.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address any queries or concerns promptly.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets, as well as contribute to overall business growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to management.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to represent the bank and build brand awareness.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Agriculture, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the agricultural or finance sector.
  • Strong knowledge of tractor and agricultural equipment industry is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is essential.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel for business purposes.
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and a customer-centric approach.
  • Fluency in English and local languages is an advantage.
