Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Executive focused on selling technology solutions, with a strong ability to generate new business opportunities in the health and insurance sectors.

This role is key to driving the company’s growth. We’re looking for someone with a “hunter” mindset—someone who enjoys opening doors, building pipeline from scratch, and closing deals within clients such as clinics, hospitals, insurance companies, and the broader health & insurance ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

  • Generate new business opportunities through the sale of technology solutions.
  • Build and manage your own pipeline through active prospecting (outreach, networking, referrals).
  • Own the full sales cycle: identifying needs, presenting solutions, and closing deals.
  • Sell solutions such as software, cloud, data, cybersecurity, or other technologies within the portfolio.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers in health and insurance organizations.
  • Partner with technical teams to ensure the right solution fit for each client.
  • Consistently track and follow up on opportunities and sales results.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience selling technology solutions.
  • Strong track record in lead generation and new business development (hunter profile).
  • Experience selling into health and/or insurance sectors (healthtech, clinics, hospitals, insurers, etc.).
  • Ability to operate in dynamic, performance-driven environments.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Professional English. Spanish is a plus.
