Click&Boat is the European leader in boat rentals. Our marketplace makes boating accessible around the world, from a day trip to a week-long adventure, while enabling private and professional boat owners to generate additional income through rentals.

To support this growth, we are hiring a Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Barcelona and contribute to delivering tailor-made boating experiences to our Spanish-speaking clients.

🚤 The role

We’re looking for a Sales Executive to join our crew in Barcelona.

In this role, you will play a key part in the Spanish and LATAM Market of the Sales Team, a business unit of around 40 people, managing Spanish-speaking clients interested in booking boat rentals. You’ll also work closely with the Supply and Customer Care crew members to deliver a seamless and high-quality experience to our users.

🛟 What floats your boat

You will be responsible for the following tasks, which will vary according to the time of the year:

• Understanding our customers' needs and advising them on their boat search. Find the best deals for our customers by negotiating the best options with Click&Boat boat owners. No cold calling, only warm leads already in your pipeline.
• Maximizing the conversion rate by applying Sales strategies, and accompanying customers throughout the sales process until its conclusion, providing them with all the information relating to their booking.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty so that they think of Click&Boat the next time they go sailing.

You will have a reachable annual target, which may be distributed on a monthly and/or four-monthly basis. Over-performance is rewarded.

To maximize the reactivity and customer satisfaction, we are used to working on Saturdays. You will be required to work at least one Saturday per month following a planning given in advance (you will get a recuperation day off then to ensure 2 days off per week).

🧭 What you bring aboard

• You are bilingual in Spanish and fluent in English.
• Ideally with one or two years of previous successful working experience in Sales.
• You manage autonomously your entire Sales cycle, from the understanding of the need to the closing and the upsell of the client.
• You are a team player who inspires trust, is ready to take the initiative, and is distinguished by a customer-satisfaction-driven attitude.

• The knowledge of another language is highly valued.
• If you have a boating background and interest, it’s even more perfect!

Full-time contract starting as soon as possible.

The starting compensation package is 30k€, including an uncapped variable component representing 20% of the target package. The final package may vary depending on experience.
