Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive (Hunter) to join our growing team in the printing industry. Ideally based in Barcelona, this role is focused on new business development, targeting clients across Spain.

The ideal candidate is a proactive sales professional with a strong ability to identify opportunities, build relationships, and close deals in a competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the printing and graphic arts sector
  • Actively prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market research
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in Spanish market
  • Present and promote the company's printing solutions and services
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a hunter sales profile (new business acquisition)
  • Background in th e printing, packaging, or graphic arts industry is highly desirable
  • Native or bilingual level o f Spanish and English (both written and spoken)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to succeed
  • Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
