who is passionate about Green Technology and has the "hunter" instinct to secure major architectural projects across Malaysia.
Project Specification:
Proactively identify and track upcoming residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
Stakeholder Management:
Influence and "Spec-in" our smart solutions to
Architects, Interior Designers (ID), and Developers
.
B2B Networking:
Build and maintain a strong rapport with
Main Contractors and Sub-contractors
to ensure project wins and smooth delivery.
Consultative Selling:
Conduct technical presentations and "Product Briefings" for consultants, focusing on water-saving ROI and smart-building integration.
Tender & Quotation:
Manage the full sales cycle—from preparing technical submittals and quotations to final contract negotiation.
Experience:
Minimum
2–3 years
of proven track record in
B2B Sales or Project Sales
.
Industry Background:
Candidates from
Building Materials, Tiles, Flooring, Sanitaryware, or Home Appliances
are highly encouraged to apply.
Language:
Professional fluency in Mandarin
is required, as the role involves frequent engagement with Chinese-speaking contractors and developers.
Technical Aptitude:
Ability to read simple architectural floor plans or blueprints is a strong advantage.
Attributes:
Self-motivated, result-driven, and possesses a valid driving license with own transport for site visits.
