Sentara Health Plans is looking to hire a Remote Sales Executive, Small Group.
Must reside in Virginia with the ability to travel when required.
The Sales Executive cultivates and manages relationships with assigned brokers and territories to achieve profitable business objectives and drive sustainable growth. This position is responsible for managing the Small Group new sales and renewal process with assigned brokers, as delegated by the Sales Manager.
The ideal candidate communicates effectively with brokers and decision-makers through phone and email interactions, building strong partnerships and delivering exceptional service. Success in this role requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while working collaboratively as part of a high-performing team. The Sales Executive is expected to consistently meet or exceed established sales, retention, and growth goals.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $67,891.20 - $102,440.00 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
