YOUR MISSIONS

The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and managing sales activities in Singapore, strengthening relationships with existing customers, and identifying new business opportunities to drive sustainable growth.

  • Manage and develop the existing customer portfolio
  • Identify and acquire new customers in line with company strategy
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, negotiations, and contracts
  • Achieve agreed sales targets and KPIs
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and activity reports
  • Represent the company at client meetings and events when required

YOUR PROFILE

  • Proven experience in B2B sales (HRIS Industry experience is a plus)
  • Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills
  • Good understanding of the Singapore market
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with regional teams
  • Fluent in English
