Job Title: Sales Executive – Shipping & Freight
Forwarding

Salary: AED 10,000 + commission

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Make
  outbound calls to prospective customers to promote freight forwarding and
  logistics services.
• 
  Generate
  qualified leads and convert them into new business opportunities.
• 
  Build
  and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• 
  Understand
  customer shipping requirements and recommend suitable air, sea, and land
  freight solutions.
• 
  Prepare
  and follow up on quotations in coordination with the operations and
  pricing teams.
• 
  Maintain
  regular follow-ups with prospects to close sales opportunities.
• 
  Achieve
  monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• 
  Update
  customer interactions, sales activities, and lead status in the CRM
  system.
• 
  Coordinate
  with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
• 
  Stay
  updated on freight rates, market trends, and competitor activities.
• 
  Resolve
  customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service throughout the
  sales process.

Required Qualifications

• 
  3–5
  years of Tele Sales experience in a Shipping, Freight Forwarding, or
  Logistics company.
• 
  Strong
  understanding of Air Freight, Sea Freight, LCL/FCL, Import & Export,
  and Customs procedures.
• 
  Experience
  in lead generation, cold calling, and client acquisition.
