We are seeking a Sales Executive for an industry-leading Rigid Plastic Packaging manufacturer specializing in plastic lids for bottles. As they continue to grow and shape the dairy packaging market, we are seeking a driven Sales Executive to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of rigid packaging, ideally (but not required) to have experience within the dairy sector, and an entrepreneurial spirit that drives business growth.
Responsibilities:
Drive sales in the rigid packaging sector with a focus on dairy and food products.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with farms and businesses within the inactive prairie farms sector.
Create and execute sales strategies, leveraging insights from the dairy space.
Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, ensuring the highest level of service and support.
Own and manage your travel plans and schedule, ensuring regular and productive client visits.
Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations to keep the company competitive.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required.
Proven experience in the rigid packaging sector.
Experience traveling for work (corporate credit card, car allowance, and travel accommodations part of the offering).
Experience in plastic packaging, dairy packaging, or packaging for food products is highly desirable.
Strong contacts within the dairy space are ideal, especially within inactive prairie farms are a plus but not required.
Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with farms and other stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to manage one's own schedule and responsibilities with minimal supervision.
