Join Ascom’s Sales organization as a Regional Sales Director and take a high-impact role in driving growth across Western Canada. This is a hunter-focused position combining strategic account development, partner collaboration, and direct customer engagement—ideal for a sales leader who thrives on building relationships and delivering measurable business results.

You sit at the center of commercial success—developing new business, strengthening key accounts, and driving revenue growth in a critical region. Your work ensures strong partner alignment while creating direct customer demand, enabling sustainable growth and long-term customer value.
Develop and execute territory sales strategy aligned to overall regional and global targets
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts, healthcare authorities, and stakeholders
Drive new business development through direct engagement with hospitals, health authorities, contractors, and engineers
Manage and grow assigned accounts to meet and exceed annual sales quotas
Partner with channel partners to expand market reach while maintaining direct customer engagement
Create and execute strategic account plans to drive pipeline growth and revenue realization
Identify and develop new revenue opportunities within major accounts and target segments
Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting with a margin of error of ±10%
Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with sales leadership and monthly forecast calls with regional partners
Generate demand through trade shows, industry events, and professional associations
Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure strong solution delivery and customer satisfaction
Support financial processes, including A/R resolution where required
Provide market insights and translate customer needs into actionable input for product and marketing teams
Deliver value-based, solution-oriented sales across software, communication, and clinical workflow solutions
Provide ongoing support to high-value clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention
Recommend solutions aligned with customer business objectives and operational needs
Strengthen distributor capabilities through product knowledge, system design input, and sales enablement
Continuously build brand awareness and positioning in the healthcare market
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in direct and indirect (channel) sales environments
Experience selling technology-driven solutions within healthcare, telecommunications, or related industries
Strong understanding of value-based and complex solution sales
Knowledge of healthcare communication and alert notification systems is highly valued
Ability to build and maintain relationships across all levels of customer organizations
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate customer needs into strategic opportunities
Experience managing a territory and influencing cross-functional teams
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strong organizational and time management capabilities
Ability to work independently while driving team alignment and results
Proficiency with MS Office and CRM/sales tools
