Monday – Friday | 8:30am – 5:30pm
£26,000 – £30,000 base salary (DOE) + uncapped commission
Year 1 OTE: £60,000 – £70,000
Top Performers Earn: £80,000 - £100,000+

The Opportunity

As a Sales Executive, you’ll take ownership of the full sales cycle, selling exhibition space and sponsorship packages to businesses looking to reach the UK market. You’ll be joining a high-performance environment with clear progression routes and the opportunity to fast-track your career toward senior leadership positions, including Event Director.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing the full sales process from lead generation to closing deals

  • Selling exhibition stands and sponsorship opportunities for leading UK business events

  • Building strong relationships with business owners and senior decision-makers

  • Engaging with clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn

  • Understanding client objectives and delivering tailored event solutions

  • Developing and managing a high-value sales pipeline

  • Collaborating closely with marketing, operations, and event teams

  • Attending live events and closing deals onsite

Previous sales experience is an advantage, but not essential - full training and ongoing development will be provided.
