Job Description

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling personal loans to potential customers. Your role will involve identifying and targeting prospective clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering tailored loan solutions.   • A bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
  • Good knowledge of personal loan products, including features and benefits.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed sales decisions.
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
