Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales
Executive to promote and sell residential and commercial real estate
properties. The role involves generating leads, managing client relationships,
conducting site visits, and closing sales while ensuring high customer
satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Generate
leads through calls, walk-ins, referrals, and digital platforms

Contact
potential clients and present property options based on their requirements

Conduct site
visits and property tours for clients

Explain
pricing, payment plans, contracts, and terms clearly to customers

Negotiate
and close sales deals to achieve monthly targets

Maintain
accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales in the CRM system

Coordinate
with marketing, customer service, and finance teams

Build
long-term relationships with clients and ensure after-sales support
Requirements
Requirements & Qualifications

Diploma or
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

1–4 years of
experience in real estate sales (local pakistan market experience is an
advantage)

Strong
communication and negotiation skills.

Presentable,
confident, and customer-focused personality

Valid
driving license (preferred, if site visits are required)

work under pressure and meet sales targets
