Job Description

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (BBA/MBA preferred).
• 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in office furniture, commercial interiors, fit-out solutions, construction, or a related industry.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to identify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with clients.
• Good understanding of the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM software is preferred.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for client meetings.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
• Achieve assigned sales targets by acquiring new clients and growing existing accounts.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Prepare quotations and proposals, and negotiate commercial terms with clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, corporate clients, and other key stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of projects and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline updates.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and support business growth.
