Role: Sales Executive
Client: Leading Residential Developer
Essentials: 3+ years’ experience in residential sales operations or residential sales support; strong Microsoft Dynamics CRM expertise; advanced Microsoft Office skills
Location: Office in D2; Visits to different sites in Greater Dublin required
Salary: €50,000 - €60,000.

Reporting into: Sales Manager
- Support the Head of Sales with sales forecasting, planning and performance reporting
- Manage and maintain accurate sales data across all developments in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, pipeline analysis and performance dashboards
- Coordinate pre-sales activity from deposit through to contract and closing
- Liaise with sales managers and agents to monitor progress and ensure process consistency
- Track market trends, new developments and design insights to support sales strategy
- Prepare sales collateral for launches and campaigns in collaboration with design, technical and construction teams
- Create clear, compelling presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure all sales and marketing materials reflect current specifications, pricing and product details
- Support sales events, site launches and on-site presentations
- Work cross-functionally to ensure CRM data and sales collateral remain aligned with project updates
- Assist with purchase orders, receipts and sales-related financial documentation
- Identify, escalate and support resolution of system or process issues within sales operations
