As Sales Executive for our Mobile Cooling Solutions team, you will be responsible for promoting Dometic & Igloo products and services while managing strong customer relationships across Queensland and the Northern Territory. The role will focus on adding value for customers and delivering results aligned with the company. You will act as the primary point of contact for your customer portfolio, driving revenue growth through both existing and new accounts, and increasing sell‑in and sell‑through across manufacturing, after‑market, and retail channels.

Your main responsibilities

  • Manage and grow customer relationships within the assigned territory, identifying new business opportunities and strengthening existing partnerships.
  • Proactively seek and engage prospective customers through regular in‑person visits across the territory.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge across current and upcoming category ranges to support informed, value‑adding customer conversations.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer value while strengthening Dometic’s position within key channels.
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting, including sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and customer activity summaries.
  • Contribute to sales planning, strategy discussions, and broader team initiatives.
  • Represent the business at trade shows and industry events as required.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date customer records, contact information, and interaction history.
  • Create and manage customer accounts in Navision, including updates to customer cards, pricing structures, and account classifications.
  • Support the integration and consistency of CRM data across business systems.
  • Generate regular and ad hoc sales performance reports to support planning and decision‑making.
  • Compile customer activity summaries, pipeline reports, and forecasting insights.
  • Assist in preparing presentations for internal teams and external stakeholders.

A suitable background would be at least 3 years in a sales focused role – as well as the following qualifications and experiences:

  • Commercial acumen and a proven track record of driving profitable growth
  • Proven experience in retail customer relationship management, with a focus on driving engagement and loyalty
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
  • Understanding of retail operations and current industry trends
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive, adaptable approach—comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Willingness to travel nationally, a current Driver’s License, and experience managing trade and consumer events
