About Madinat Jumeirah:

About the Job:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Executive - MICE & Business Travel to join Madinat Jumeirah Resort. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Develop and implement account plans to drive short- and long-term revenue growth while supporting overall sales strategy.
• Coordinate with off-property sales channels to ensure alignment and avoid duplication of efforts.
• Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with key internal stakeholders and existing and potential clients.
• Monitor revenue budgets, sales targets, and performance goals, contributing to accurate forecasting and reporting.
• Expand the customer base through community engagement, market research, and targeted sales activities.
• Maintain accurate account records in Jumeirah Connect Salesforce and submit monthly sales reports as required.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably within an international hospitality environment, with strong knowledge of hotel operations and proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Office, and PowerPoint.
• Commercially focused with proven ability to manage accounts, drive results against targets, and support revenue objectives.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage diverse groups effectively.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage projects, prioritize time effectively, and perform well under pressure and tight deadlines.
