Sales Executive (m/f/d) |
Indonesia| Batam | Full time

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to support our growing business in Batam. This role is ideal for someone passionate about freight forwarding, customer relationship management, and business development within an international logistics environment.

Starting date: Immediately

• Develop new business opportunities across airfreight, seafreight, customs brokerage, warehousing, and logistics solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners and vendors
• Conduct customer visits, presentations and commercial negotiations
• Prepare quotations and tailored logistics solutions
• Achieve sales and gross profit targets
• Monitor market trends and identify new business potential in Batam
• Coordinate closely with operations, customer service, pricing, and overseas offices to ensure smooth service delivery
• Maintain sales activities and customer information in the CRM system

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics
• Good understanding of international freight forwarding and supply chain operations
• Existing customer network in Batam is an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Sales-driven, proactive, and self-motivated personality
• Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment
