Responsibilities

• Develop and expand the client base and market for tug and barge services, targeting both existing and new customers. This includes selling the companys own assets as well as third-party assets, through direct and indirect sales channels.
• Support the Manager in devising and implementing sales strategies to promote tug and barge services.
• Collect and analyze market trends and industry-related information in the tug and barge sector, providing recommendations and feedback to the Manager.
• Oversee Tug & Barge Operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients.
• Ensure operational readiness of vessels.
• Perform any additional projects or duties as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements:

• Possess Diploma in Maritime Studies or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in the marine industry.
• Familiarity with BIMCO.
• Ability to calculate Charter hire rates.
• Understanding of maritime regulations and contracts.
• Energetic, proactive, and positive attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
