Job Description

Delonix Karawang part of AYANA Hospitality is looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Executive (Mandarin Speaker) to join our esteemed team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies tailored to the Mandarin-speaking market, while driving revenue growth for our hotels and resorts. Your ability to build relationships with clients and understand their needs will be essential to your success.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in Mandarin-speaking markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partner agencies to promote loyalty and repeat business.
  • Deliver sales presentations and proposals that address client needs and highlight our unique offerings.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries, providing exceptional service and accurate information.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute targeted campaigns and promotions for Mandarin clients.
  • Analyze sales performance, preparing regular reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscapes to inform sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Mandarin (both written and spoken) and proficient in English.
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry or a similar environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to selling.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
