• ELFGAZ is still a strong brand name and can sell at higher prices. TotalEnergies is now holding a very important role in LPG strategy in Vietnam.
• The Vietnamese market is still growing and will remain in the next years dependent on imports
• The new decree impacted on the competitors and forced them to boost their volumes through low prices.
• New investment, Merging & Acquisition process will happen strongly in 2022.
• Illegal refilling is a widespread practice.

*Key Activities:

Network Animation:

• Monitor the sales of Distributors to achieve the Sales volume budget.
• Monthly planning of visits to the gas shops:
• to do the Market Information Survey Report required by Management.
• to promote TELPGV products, services and commercial policy
• to collect information on the market (action of competitors, needs of customers and end users, etc.. )

Sales & Marketing and fight against illegal refilling:

• Propose marketing actions to develop the sales.
• Participate in the implementation of sales and marketing activities, special project.
• Look for Big cylinders prospects and transfer to Big cylinder Sales Executive for documentation.
• Monitors the sales of Big cylinders customers with distributors. Visits Big cylinders customers regularly.
• Propose and implement actions to identify and limit the activities of illegal re-fillers.

Sales Reporting:

• Following sales of the distributors to achieve the target.
• Sending the Sales Reporting to Sales Manager during the mission.
• Update the Balayage files after the visits to the gas shops.
• Report to the Highland Area Sales Manager on the market situation.
• Fulfill other tasks and/or assignments requested by the line managers whom the employee directly/indirectly reports to, and/or tasks requested by the Board of Management.

HSSE Tasks:

• Participate in fire drills and be familiar with evacuation routes and assembly points.
• Ensure proper housekeeping by keeping walkways and emergency exits clear of obstructions.
• Report and document any workplace hazards, near-misses, or incidents to the appropriate personnel or HSE coordinator.
• Attend basic first aid training if requested by the Company.
• Safely store and use electrical equipment and promptly report any faulty or damaged devices.
• Stay informed about emergency contacts and procedures for medical or safety incidents within the office.

Candidate Profile

What is the required qualification level for the position? Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Management, Marketing, Technology or equivalents.

What are the technical skills required? Sales and marketing experience in the animation of a mass product retailer network

What are the soft skills required? Communication, Negotiation, Collaboration and Stakeholders Management

Which specific knowledges are required for the position? Experience in the management of a sales force will be a plus

What language skills are required? Fluency in both Vietnamese and English

What is the required level of experience for the position? Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales or marketing
