We’re founder-led, lean, and moving fast. Demand is not our problem — lead volume is exploding, and we need someone who can pick up the phone, move quickly, and close
We’re hiring a Sales Executive to own high-volume inbound leads and convert them into booked events. This is a pure individual contributor role — no management, no cold outreach, no long discovery cycles.
If you thrive in fast-paced environments, are comfortable selling on the phone, and don’t need hand-holding to be successful, you’ll do very well here.
This is not a slow, multi-month sales process. Most conversations are short, direct, and outcome-driven.
Handle a high volume of warm inbound leads (customers who requested information)
Run short, efficient sales calls and guide customers to a decision
Close deals quickly and confidently
Move fast — respond to leads in real time and keep momentum high
Manage your own follow-ups and stay organized without heavy process
Sell across a mix of weddings, personal events, and corporate events
Consistently hit and exceed revenue targets in a high-velocity environment
This role is a great fit if you:
Have proven closing experience in high-volume B2C sales
Are comfortable selling on the phone and thinking on your feet
Move quickly and don’t overcomplicate the sale
Can handle rejection without slowing down
Don’t need scripts, micromanagement, or excessive structure to perform
Are highly responsive, organized, and self-directed
Thrive in founder-led, fast-moving environments with a lot of autonomy
