Main responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and meet revenue targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in logistics
• Build and nurture relationships with clients
• Negotiate and close deals to meet sales goals
• Work closely with operations to ensure seamless service delivery
• Address client concerns and provide outstanding customer service
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors
• Report on sales performance to management
• Handle inbound and outbound communications with local and international partners

Main requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
• 3+ years of proven sales experience in logistics
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of logistics and supply chain practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
