Role Responsibilities

1. 業績目標管理: 負責區域客戶業績目標達成、業績增長與市場佔有率提升，並落實公司商業活動計畫。
2. 客戶與經銷商關係管理: 開發、維護與經營菸酒專賣店與經銷商關係，同時有效執行通路活動溝通與消費者推廣，以達成公司設定之目標。
3. 活動執行與落實: 與客戶溝通活動執行，包括重點品牌之陳列、POSM 置放與促銷方案執行。
4. 市場情報收集與行動方案應變: 收集並分析北區烈酒市場動態、競爭品牌活動與價格結構，即時回饋並提出因應策略。

Qualifications

1. 產業與通路經驗: 具備 2 年以上 FMCG 業務經驗，對威士忌產品有興趣且樂於學習
2. 談判與客情維繫能力: 具備談判技巧與客情經營能力，能獨立應對指標客戶之窗口/老闆。
3. 數據分析與策略思考: 能解讀業務相關報表、分析數據與通路利潤結構。
4. 主動積極與團隊合作: 能主動發掘機會，並具備優秀溝通、協調能力。
