  Collect payments from customers in a timely and professional manner

  Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally

  Respond to customer inquiries and emails efficiently and courteously

  Gather customer feedback and relevant market information, and share insights with internal teams

  Compile and submit weekly sales reports to the Branch Manager/General Manager

  Coordinate with admin and service teams to ensure smooth execution of the sales process
