Job Description

Our Client, a Japanese Trading Company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth. This role requires excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, Mandarin, and Japanese, along with strong organizational abilities and market awareness.

 Location: Cheung Sha Wan
Salary: HKD 19,000 - HKD 22,000
Working Hour: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 18:00

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all internal and external daily communications effectively.
  • Follow up on customer orders and ensure timely execution.
  • Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing updates on company products and services.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Communicate client feedback to the product development team for continuous improvement.
  • Work towards achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecast future sales trends.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market activities, and competitor strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • University graduate
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Cantonese, Mandarin, and Japanese(JLPT N2 or above).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • At least 2 - 3 years of work experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Experience in dealing with customers, suppliers, and manufacturers is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP).
