Job Description

Infotel India is a leading provider of innovative IT services and solutions. We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive - IT Services to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing client relationships to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify prospective clients through market research, cold calling, and networking.
  • Understand client requirements and promote suitable IT services to meet their needs.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and negotiate terms to close deals successfully.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful service implementation.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM system regularly.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar sales role in the IT services industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored IT solutions.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
