Job Description

We are seeking polished and dynamic top-producing salespeople with recent in-house timeshare sales experience to join our fast-paced and highly successful “trust” sales team at our Flagship Las Vegas Resort.

Candidates with previous in-house sales experience at Wyndham and Diamond Resorts International usually do well in this role.

If you are a flexible, proven writer with the will and ability to receive feedback and constantly improve your sales and communication skills, this is your opportunity to earn $150,000 or more!

What You’ll Do

  • Present luxury vacation ownership products to current owners and build maximum sales.
  • Attend weekly sales meetings and all required sales training to learn key information on product and related updates.
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance Managers to resolve guest related issues as they arise.
  • Promote a positive work environment and adhere to Hilton Grand Vacation core values and policies.

What You’ll Bring

  • 6 months or more of recent in-house timeshare sales experience
  • VPG of $7,000 or higher (needs to be verifiable).
  • Polished interpersonal skills and professional appearance.
  • Consistent track record with the ability to adapt to changes in a environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible work schedule to include evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • An active Nevada Timeshare Representative/Agent License.
  • Proficiency (reading/writing/speaking) in English.
  • High School diploma or equivalent
