The Sales Executive I through direct interaction with Specialty Markets (Multifamily PM’s and Home Builders) customers, or their Brokers locates, negotiates and closes Commodity deals for their common areas, Continuous Service Agreements (CSA’s) and Partner Marketing Agreements (PMA’s). The Sales Executive I is responsible for ensuring that these sales must meet or exceed company profit guidelines while adhering to all company and regulatory guidelines.
