Job Summary


We are seeking a Graduate Trainee Sales Executive to support property sales and client acquisition activities within the real estate industry. This entry-level role is ideal for ambitious graduates looking to build a long-term career in property sales.


Key Responsibilities


  • Prospect and generate new sales leads


  • Follow up on inquiries and convert prospects into clients


  • Conduct property presentations and site inspections


  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide after-sales support


  • Negotiate and close property transactions


  • Achieve assigned sales targets


  • Maintain accurate sales records and reporting


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline


  • Strong communication and presentation skills


  • Goal-oriented and target-driven mindset


  • Interest in real estate sales and client engagement


  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills

  • Salary: ₦120,000 – ₦150,000


  • 10% bonus on achieved sales targets
