We are seeking a proactive and performance-driven Sales Executive to focus on acquiring Gaming & App clients who advertise on TikTok. This role is perfect for candidates who understand mobile performance marketing, app tracking, and user acquisition funnels
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and build relationships with mobile game studios, app developers, and performance marketing teams.
Understand their TikTok Ads needs, campaign goals, and KPIs (CPI, ROAS, Retention, etc.).
Offer Company's TikTok ad buying, creative services, influencer campaigns, and analytics solutions.
Collaborate with media buyers, strategists, and performance teams to tailor proposals.
Keep up with TikTok Ads formats, A/B testing trends, attribution tools, and anti-fraud techniques.
Represent Company at gaming or app growth events and communities.
Hit sales targets and grow portfolios of gaming/app clients.
Requirements:
13 years of experience in mobile marketing, performance media sales, or ad tech/platforms
Worked at or with MMP platforms (Adjust, Appsflyer, Branch) or app ad networks is a major plus.
Understanding of TikTok Ads, UA metrics (CPI, CAC, LTV), and mobile attribution.
Strong communication, consultative selling, and technical pitching skills.
Fluent in Vietnamese; professional English is preferred.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Background:
Sales or Account roles at mobile UA-focused platforms.
Experience working with game clients or app publishers (finance, lifestyle, education, etc.).
Technical understanding of attribution, SDKs, postbacks, and tracking is a big advantage.
Network in the gaming/app UA community in Vietnam or SEA.
