Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Sales Executive – HVAC & Alternative Energy to join our client's team.
Responsibilities:
Identify and manage new client enquiries, promoting HVAC and alternative energy solutions
Assess client requirements and size/propose suitable systems
Prepare and follow up on quotations, securing new business opportunities
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of contracts and timely project updates
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, ideally within HVAC, technical solutions, or alternative energy
Strong ability to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions
Good organisational skills with the ability to manage enquiries, quotations, and reports
Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
Willingness to undergo product and supplier training
