Location:Newtown, Sydney (Office-Based)
Hours:Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
Salary:$55,000 – $60,000 base (DOE) + uncapped commission
OTE (Year 1):$100,000 – $140,000
Top Performers:$200,000+
Contract:Full-time, Permanent

As a Sales Executive, you’ll take full ownership of the sales cycle, closing high-value exhibition and sponsorship deals with businesses targeting the Australian and international markets. You’ll be given the tools, training, and opportunity to progress quickly into senior roles, including Event Director.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own the full sales cycle - from qualified lead to close

  • Sell exhibition space and sponsorship packages across our event portfolio

  • Build relationships with decision-makers via phone, email, and LinkedIn

  • Understand client needs and pitch tailored event solutions

  • Manage and grow a high-value sales pipeline

  • Work closely with marketing, business development, and event teams

  • Attend live events and close deals onsite
