Sales Executive (Fast-Track Progression to Event Director)

Location: Bristol (Office-Based)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 base (DOE) + uncapped commission
OTE (Year 1): £50,000 – £60,000
Top Performers: £80,000+
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

The Opportunity

As a Sales Executive, you’ll own the full sales cycle - closing high-value exhibition and sponsorship deals with businesses targeting the UK market. More importantly, you’ll be on a clearly defined fast-track path toward senior roles, including Event Director.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Own the full sales cycle - from qualified lead to close

  • Sell exhibition space and sponsorship packages for UK events

  • Build relationships with decision-makers via phone, email, and LinkedIn

  • Understand client needs and pitch tailored event solutions

  • Manage and grow a high-value sales pipeline

  • Work closely with marketing, business development, and event teams

  • Attend live events and close deals onsite
