Responsible for resolving customer queries effectively, balancing service quality with cost efficiency, achieving sales targets through strategic planning and team collaboration, conducting tailored presentations, applying company policies to solve sales issues, working under general supervision.
Your role:

  • Meets and exceeds individual and team sales quotas by executing territory plans with effective sales strategies.

  • Collaborates with team members to align on objectives and maximize results.

  • Delivers customer presentations, clearly communicating value and tailoring to specific needs.

  • Applies Philips policies to resolve sales issues using sound judgment, ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Builds strong internal and external relationships to drive performance and long-term growth.

You're the right fit if:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or equivalent.

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within healthcare or related industries, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

  • Demonstrated experience managing government institutions and public sector accounts, with solid understanding of procurement processes and stakeholder dynamics.

  • Experience in stakeholder management, building and maintaining relationships with key internal and external partners.

  • Solid business acumen, with the ability to understand market dynamics and identify growth opportunities.


How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This role is an office.
