  Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate inventory reports

  Classify fabrics based on type, texture, and usage for sales optimization

  Provide fabric recommendations based on fashion trends and customer needs

  Support product selection and styling using fashion design knowledge

  Assist in creating appealing product presentations for online platforms
• 
  Collaborate on social media marketing to increase engagement and conversions
• 
  Identify sales opportunities and actively contribute to revenue growth

Requirements

• 
  Proven experience (3-5 years) in online sales and order management
• 
  Strong background in fabric knowledge (mandatory)
• 
  Fashion design knowledge or experience (highly preferred)
• 
  Hands-on experience with Shopify or similar platforms
• 
  Experience in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp Business)
• 
  Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills
• 
  Ability to upsell and guide customers based on fabric and design suitability
• 
  Experience in inventory management and reporting
• 
  Ability to prepare structured stock and inventory reports
• 
  Basic knowledge of Photoshop (preferred)
• 
  Previous UAE sales experience is an advantage
