Key Responsibilities
New Business Development:Identifyand closenew salesopportunities bydemonstratingthe value of our SaaS, data, and information services tailored specifically for commercial real estate lenders and financial institutions.
Client Relationship Management:Build and maintainstrong, long-term relationships with CRE lending clients, ensuring exceptionalserviceandidentifyingopportunities for expansion.
Territory Engagement:Travel within your assigned region to meet with clients and prospects face-to-face, fosteringtrust,deliveringproduct value, andstrengtheningpartnerships.
Strategic Collaboration:Work closely with internal stakeholders and local field sales teams to align onclient goals, ensuring seamless execution and maximizing client satisfaction.
Market Expertise:Develop deep knowledge of CoStar Debt Solution s industry-leading solutions and the commercial real estate lending space to position yourself as a trusted advisor.
Sales Execution:Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and demos to closing, onboarding, training, and renewals—driving growth and exceeding revenue targets.
Basic Qualifications
4-10years of solution selling experience,with success inowning the full-sales cyclefromprospect to close
Bachelor's degree required from an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person college/university.
A track recordof commitmentand success withprior employers
Willingand able to travel toclientand prospect locations on a regular basis
History of success in selling SaaS Solutions to banks and financial institutions.
Experienced withcomplexsales processes
Comfortable with diagnostic sellingand committed todelivering solutions to our clients and prospects
Proactive, curious, and eager to work in afast pacedenvironment
Possessa current and valid driver’s license
Satisfactory completion of a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check prior to start
Preferred Qualifications

Is a well-rounded, versatile sales professional with experience with real estate and fluency selling data and SaaS solutions
Experience selling to large organizations with sophisticated buyingprocesses(i.e.Selling Enterprise software solutions– bonus if sellingintoBanks and Lenders).
Understandsfundamentals or economic models and risk models
Comfortablemanagingdateand speaking to the value of integrating proprietary data sets with commercially available data sets
Familiar with banking regulations and the regulatory framework in the US bankingsystemincluding stress testing and compliance reporting

Pay Transparency
This position offers a base salary range of $80,000 - $100,000, based on relevant skills and experience, an uncapped/generous commission plan and generous benefits.
