Job Description

Client Background

This company is a leading provider of innovative play and recreational spaces, specialising in the design and installation of playgrounds, water play areas, and outdoor environments.

  • Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to develop and implement business and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Prepare sales proposals and quotations
    tailored to client needs.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and quotas through effective business development efforts.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Qualification: Diploma certificate.
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
  • Business Acumen: Strong analytical and relationship-building skills, with a motivated and results-driven
    mindset.
  • Sales Expertise: A hunter mentality with proven experience in negotiating contracts and closing deals
  • Communication & Presentation: Confident in business presentations, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of handling situations diplomatically.
  • Personality Traits: Ambitious, target-oriented, outgoing, and persistent in achieving goals.
  • Industry Connections: Well-connected within the landscape industry and property development sector
