Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a strong network of prospective buyers, investors, industry professionals, and other relevant stakeholders to generate sales opportunities.
  • Proactively identify, engage, and qualify prospective clients and understand their property requirements and preferences.
  • Promote available properties and units through appropriate sales and relationship-building channels.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, providing a high standard of service throughout the customer journey.
  • Conduct property presentations, viewings, and client engagements both physically and virtually.
  • Provide clients with accurate and timely information on available properties, pricing, specifications, locations, and relevant community or market information.
  • Manage prospective clients through the sales pipeline and follow up consistently to convert opportunities into completed transactions.
  • Support and coordinate the sales closing process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for clients.
  • Negotiate commercial terms with clients, approved vendors, contractors, and subcontractors within approved parameters.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure contracts, invoices, receipts, and other transaction documentation are accurate and completed within agreed timelines.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clients, sales activities, transactions, and relevant correspondence.
  • Develop and maintain an organized repository of sales and client information for effective retrieval and reference.
  • Prepare regular sales activity, pipeline, and performance reports as required.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve client enquiries and ensure timely delivery of agreed services.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and professional integrity when handling client, commercial, and organizational information.
  • Keep abreast of local property market trends, developments, pricing, and community information to provide informed advice to clients.
  • Identify opportunities for repeat business, referrals, and long-term client relationships.
  • Represent the organization professionally at meetings, property viewings, networking events, and other client-facing engagements.


Qualification & Skill Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Sales, or a related discipline.
  • 2–3 years of relevant post-NYSC experience in sales, business development, real estate, luxury/premium retail, hospitality, or a related customer-facing environment.
  • Demonstrable experience in client acquisition, relationship management, sales conversion, and negotiation.
  • Experience in premium or luxury sales environments is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Familiarity with collaboration and productivity tools such as Asana and Slack is an advantage.
  • Strong digital literacy and ability to quickly adopt new technologies and business applications.
  • Strong sales, business development, networking, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent client relationship management and customer service orientation.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Commercially aware, results-oriented, and pragmatic.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to understand and respond effectively to client needs.
  • Strong organization, planning, and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
